- We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta.

- This role is pivotal in enhancing online brand presence, driving sales, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.

- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proven track record in performance marketing, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and oversee digital advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.

- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and adjust strategies to optimize results and maximize ROI.

- Collaborate with content, creative, and marketing teams to design impactful ad creatives aligned with the brand's messaging and objectives.

- Conduct A/B testing and use analytics to refine and enhance campaign performance.

- Manage the advertising budget, ensuring effective allocation across platforms and campaigns for optimal results.

- Create sales toolkits, marketing materials, and presentations to support sales and marketing initiatives.

- Monitor digital marketing trends, industry updates, and best practices to stay ahead of competitors.

- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

- Partner with sales and web teams to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.

- Plan and execute marketing and communication activities in alignment with the marketing plan.

- Coordinate all marketing efforts to generate leads and promote product offerings effectively.

- Inform clients and prospects about products and services through creative, innovative strategies.

- Track the performance of all marketing campaigns and provide regular updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in performance marketing, preferably in LED or Solar Lighting solutions industries.

- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Expertise in data-driven marketing, analytics, and ROI optimization.

- Familiarity with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (preferred).

- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Candidates with renewable energy or related industry experience will be given preference
