Responsibilities:
- The candidate will be reporting to Senior Vice President - Business Development
- Own and drive company's sales for dialysis related consumables and pharmacy items in domestic and international markets
- Head a team 10+ sales managers and set individual targets for driving sales
- Develop, plan and implement effective methods for the team to meet sales goals
- Identify potential markets for dialysis products and estimate product-specific demand for those territories
- Register products in international markets for exports
- Past experience in channel sales in a must
- Maintain efficient relationship with domestic & international customers
- Track sales goals and communicate with the management regularly
Key Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills
- MBA from a reputed institute
- Overseas Business Development experience would be preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience
- Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Channel Sales, Key Account Management, International Sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good data handling & analyzing capability
- Sound knowledge of contracts
