- Candidate must have an MBA/equivalent from business school
- Building good excel models based on the inputs given by various teams across the organization
- Vetting excel models built by others
- Good understanding of corporate finance including analysing P&L, cash flows, IRR to evaluate feasibility of projects
- Ability to coordinate across multiple functions to obtain information
- Support the various department heads with data analysis, coordination, information and any other support required during transactions
- Analyze long-term market trends for the purpose of providing recommendations to leadership and management across the business in regard to business development opportunities
- Assist departmental leaders and managers in driving and optimizing improvement of key value levers that will give the business a sustainable competitive advantage.
- Coordination of merger, acquisition and other transaction activities with various teams
- Good working knowledge of MS office tools - word, excel and powerpoint presentations
- Good written, verbal communication skills.
