Responsibilities :
- Track and analyze sales orders of key accounts
- Document, consolidate and generate monthly sales numbers and forecasts
- Conduct market research to analyze product lines and help improve price discovery
- Create branding and promotion strategies through various marketing channels
- Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams in improving the customer experience
- Work closely with Sales and Finance teams in tracking payments
- Develop strategies to improve revenues and reduce customer churn rate
- Improvise and automate business process and workflows
Requirement :
- Candidates from Operations, Sales or SCM background would be preferred
- 1-2 years as a Business Analyst or similar role; management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing or related degree.
- MBA is an added advantage
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities. Excel & CRM tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
