We are looking for candidates who have the drive and the skill sets to build and lead of team of analysts and will pay a critical role in establishing the Analytics Division with the organization. To be considered for the role, you must have:
Competencies
- Significant experience in core data analytics skills - Data Modelling, Predictive Analytics and business forecasting
- Knowledge of statistical modelling and optimization, multiple regression, decision tree, cluster analysis
- Customer Analytics (Customer acquisition and retention, Loyalty modelling, CRM analytics)
- Experience and/or knowledge of statistical tools such as SPSS, R, SAS
Qualifications/ Requirements
- 6 -10 yrs of overall experience with a significant part in Customer & Marketing Analytics/Market Research
- Experience working in one of the following industry domains CPG, Retail, Media
- Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment with the ability to build/lead a team of analysts
- Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics or any quantitative domain, or MBA from a premier institute with a quantitative background
