Role - Advanced Analytics Transformation Manager

1. Collaborating with business leaders to understand their needs and challenges and translate those into analytical project requirements.

2. Manage day-to-day operations of data analytics projects, including resource allocation, team coordination, and communications with clients or stakeholders.

3. Work with the team to build predictive models, experimentation frameworks and analysis in a timely manner.

4. Play an integral role in data preparation and data wrangling for exploratory data analysis and building AI solutions.

5. Use a broad set of data curation and analytical tools and techniques to enable development of quantitative and qualitative business insights.

6. Support management with important strategic analysis and recommendations

7. Manage a project's scope to ensure that it meets client specifications while staying within budget and on schedule.

8. Communicating project status and updates to managers, clients, and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology.

Location: Dubai

Work Experience:

1. 10+ years of work experience preferred. (Experience in retail banking)

2. Predictive models and clustering (segmentation), as well as NLP, with expertise in one or more frameworks/libraries such as: SAS, Python, R etc.

3. Experience in translating non-trivial business requirements into data science solution, developing models and presenting outcomes.

4. Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.

5. Strong business acumen to understand the needs of a business and propose solutions.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

7. Strong project management skills.
