Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chief Analytics Officer (CAO) to join our leadership team and spearhead our analytics division. The CAO will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Neostats, acquiring new clients, and leading key accounts. As the CAO, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of data analytics strategies, managing a team of talented analysts, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Growth

- Develop and execute the overall analytics strategy for Neostats, aligning it with the company's vision and objectives.

- Drive the growth of Neostats by identifying and acquiring new clients, leveraging your industry expertise and network.

Delivery Ownership

- Lead and manage key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to develop innovative analytics solutions that meet clients' needs and drive business value.

- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of skilled analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Thought Leadership

- Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of data analytics, ensuring Neostats remains at the forefront of industry practices.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, thought leaders, and stakeholders to enhance Neostats' market presence and reputation.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and clients, offering data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

- Degree in a relevant field such as data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related discipline.

- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the data analytics industry, with a focus on business development, client acquisition, and account management.

- 15+ years experience in leading analytics functions or teams, preferably in an analytics services or consulting company

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership abilities, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals to achieve strategic goals.

- Excellent business acumen, with the ability to understand clients' needs, identify opportunities, and propose tailored analytics solutions.

- Adept at building and nurturing client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships.

- In-depth understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the field of data analytics.

- Familiarity with data governance principles and privacy regulations.
