- We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Associate - SEO, PPC, and Lead Generation to manage and execute advanced strategies that drive organic traffic, maximize paid search ROI, and generate high-quality leads.

- As a Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in optimizing our online presence, supporting business growth, and contributing to the overall success of the digital marketing team.

- You should have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, with a focus on data-driven strategies and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

- Lead the end-to-end execution of SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, traffic, and conversions.

- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to inform content and optimization strategies.

- Oversee on-page and technical SEO efforts, ensuring that the website structure, content, and metadata are optimized for search engines.

- Implement and monitor link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and search engine rankings.

- Audit the website regularly for SEO health, identifying and addressing technical SEO issues (site speed, mobile optimization, etc.

- Work closely with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content creation and strategy.

- Monitor and report on organic search performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

PPC (Pay-Per-Click):.

- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.

- Create and manage high-performing paid search campaigns, focusing on conversion optimization, ad copy, targeting, and bid strategies.

- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and keywords to continuously improve campaign results.

- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and lower customer acquisition costs.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create remarketing and retargeting strategies to re-engage users.

- Develop detailed PPC reports and provide actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.

Lead Generation:

- Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various digital channels (paid, organic, email, social media).

- Build and optimize lead capture forms, landing pages, and call-to-action buttons to maximize lead conversion.

- Nurture and qualify leads through targeted email workflows and automation tools.

- Analyze lead generation efforts and provide recommendations for improving lead quality, quantity, and conversion rates.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment and effective follow-up on generated leads.

- Track, report, and analyze key lead generation metrics such as conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and lead-to-customer conversion ratios.

Skills & Qualifications:.

- Proven experience in SEO, PPC, and lead generation, ideally in a senior or associate-level role.

- Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

- Expertise in campaign optimization and data analysis to drive measurable improvements in traffic, leads, and conversions.

- Experience in using analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to measure and report on performance.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on lead nurturing and conversion optimization.

- Familiarity with automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Marketo, etc.) for lead management and nurturing.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and sales.

- Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing, with a proven track record in driving traffic and conversions.

- Google Ads Certification, Bing Ads Certification, or other relevant PPC certifications.

- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot) to track lead quality and follow-up.

- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance landing page performance.
