Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with Banks/NBFCs to evaluate partnership opportunities for Co-Lending to the MSME businesses
- Responsible for managing the P&L of co-lending business
- Manage Relationship with partner and work in order to achieve the targeted business numbers
- Manage the commercial negotiation, onboarding, product, tech integrations and process with partners efficiently
- Own and manage the partnership lifecycle by working closely with multiple stakeholders such as Risk, Finance, Compliance, Technology and other teams
- Understand and control portfolio performance by identifying, managing and mitigating risks (including credit, regulatory, and financial), and early warning signals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of work experience
- Post Graduate (MBA/CA)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Driven and passionate about business growth and professional growth
