About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Quality Auditor to join our team in Bangalore.
- The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of quality auditing experience within the SaaS industry.
- As a Quality Auditor at NeoDove, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed quality audits of communication interactions, including calls, demo, onboarding of customers, messages, and emails, to ensure compliance with predefined quality standards.
- Evaluate customer interactions across various channels for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Identify trends and patterns in communication quality and provide actionable feedback to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Design modules and undertake Training sessions for the team to assess and improve quality engagement among team members.
- Measure and track progress of performance reports on team members based on predefined quality evaluation metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with customer support, customer success and sales teams to enhance their communication skills and quality delivery.
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends to maintain a competitive edge in quality assessment methodologies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality auditing within the SaaS industry.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improvement.
- Knowledge of customer engagement processes and communication dynamics in the SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with NeoDove's products and services is a plus.
