About the Role:
- In this role, you will have a key role in driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing important customer accounts, and successfully meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's revenue goals
- Identify new market opportunities and target customers to expand the customer base
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Skills and Requirements:
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in SaaS Sales with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for sales decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
