Neobric is a new age IT company focused on building experiential digital products for Manufacturing, BFSI, Consulting, PR, Healthcare, Education and B2B Commerce verticals.
For about 6 years of it's existence as a captive center for a US based corporation (Collabor Inc), and for about a year as a re branded entity, Neobric has served over 60 + customers supporting well over a million users. Neobric has deep insights into building digital experiences across stakeholder engagement, digital interfaces, insights (not analytics, though it's what we would need to scale to), on the cloud or off it.
The organization wishes to take forward a culture of focusing on user experiences and outcomes across the mentioned verticals by building great products that focus on simplicity and scalability. And this initiative needs talent from a consulting background who would understand how to propose the ROI for change management & transformational use cases coupled with possibilities from new age technology effectively.
The Job entails creating use case collateral across 4 existing product lines in HR, Manufacturing and Stakeholder engagement that serves the pre sales consulting phase for prospect buy ins.
Neobric has recently opened it's offices in New Jersey and will be following up shortly with a UK based presence. Opportunities for this role to occupy key positions in executive leadership across the company's global locations are immense. For the right candidate, the opportunity is a mix of an annual compensation plus sweat equity.

- You love the digital technology space and the user experiences and outcomes that it is creating.
- You can easily see the connect between transformational use cases in enterprises and digital tech possibilities.
- You have a great ability to create consulting briefs, ROI justifications and product presentations.
- Though you role would begin in the GDC at Hyderabad, you are willing to re locate to any of the NA or UK locations in the future.
