Job Summary:

- The ideal candidate will lead and manage the operations team, ensuring all key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

- You will collaborate with business leaders to enhance processes and implement solutions across multiple locations, cultures, and functions.

- This role requires in-depth expertise in supply chain management, trade regulations, and international business, with a focus on import/export operations and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the operations team to meet and exceed KPIs, consistently delivering operational excellence.

- Manage, coach, and engage teams across different locations and cultural contexts, fostering a collaborative environment.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and drive change across various business groups.

- Lead cross-functional projects and programs, delivering high-impact business solutions.

- Ensure effective communication and teamwork, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Leverage extensive knowledge in import/export operations, customs, trade consulting, and international shipping.

- Develop and implement local supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 12-15 years of relevant experience, with at least 9-10 years in a managerial role leading teams of 20+ members.

- Expertise in shipping documentation, supply chain management, and trade regulations.

- Proven experience working with senior leadership teams, including top management levels.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve organizational objectives.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
