Neo Tangent - Business Analyst

- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the communication between our digital department and various business units.

- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, IT concepts, and relevant technologies, enabling them to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a liaison between the digital department and business units, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.

- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for improvement, especially in BPO environments.

- Collaborate on projects related to Business Intelligence (BI), Business Process Management (BPM), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including requirement analysis reports and project plans.

- Participate in project management activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

- Provide recommendations based on data analysis and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- Master's degree in business administration or a related field.

- 3-5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a BPO or digital environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of IT concepts and the ability to communicate technical requirements effectively.

- Proven project experience with BI, BPM, and AI projects is a plus

- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.

- Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e. , CBAP, CCBA) will be highly preferred.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is advantageous
