Job Profile:

This position offers significant exposure and growth potential for a professional looking to join a core team in establishing a nationwide organization. The role involves setting up and managing the DSA network for NeoGrowth's sales function, including identifying, selecting, appointing, and monitoring DSAs.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's in Business Management and 15+ years of experience in an NBFC/Bank, specifically handling sales through the DSA channel for small to mid-size loans targeting retailers, merchants, and small businesses. Responsibilities include appointing and overseeing the DSA network for loan products tailored to merchants and retail establishments.

- To grow the retail loan business and achieve the targeted loan book size.

- To increase the productivity in terms of value and number of loan disbursals as a team.

- To optimize the cost of merchant acquisition per disbursal.

- To increase the income from each merchant acquisition.

- Identifying, Recruiting and Driving channel partners & DSTs on a continuous basis to ensure continuing sales growth.

- Responsible for generating business through DSAs/DSTs.

- Should have direct experience in working out & negotiating commercial agreements.

- Ensuring basic business quality parameters such as TAT, Lead Management etc maintained by the team

- Ensuring basic Sales Process in the team by imparting continuous Product and Process training for the front end team, setting individual Sales Target and Monitoring regular productivity etc

- Recruitment and Training of FOS,

- Experience in designing incentive plans, motivational programmes and engagement activities.

- Sphere-heading various awareness and lead generating activities done by the team (such as Road Shows) in order to increase the inflow of customer enquiry which further resulting into increased business volume

- Accountable for the profitability of the channel and productivity of team members

- Exposure to fraud prevention and detection

- Coordinating with collection department in resolving non starters and delinquency cases.

- Incorporating various check-points within the sales process of the team to ensure quality sourcing by the team ensuring acquisition of quality assets.

Qualification & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC out of which atleast

- 8 to 10 years of retail loan selling is a must.

- Management degree in finance/business from reputed institute will be given preference.
