What you'll do at Neewee
- Overseeing entire recruitment and employee onboarding
- Partner with Project managers and technology leaders to enable growth culture
- To drive employee engagement and rewards and recognition programs across Neewee
- To come up with change initiatives
- In change of performance management across organization
- Devising innovative yet simplified processes & policies including compensation management, leave management, employee documentation
- Manage day to day operations related to Human Resource function
- Vendor management and stakeholder management
What kind of experience & skills do You need for this role?
- MBA in HR
- 4+ years' experience in a high growth environment preferably startup
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous setup
- The ability to take ownership for a task and drive it to closure without much supervision
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills, including the understanding of metrics to support plans and monitor the performance of various initiatives
- Good understanding of labor laws and policy initiatives
- Great written and verbal communication skills
