- The HR Manager at Neebal Technologies will be a strategic partner to our leadership team, responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- This role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented HR professional with a strong understanding of talent management, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Oversee the recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding, to support Neebal's growth.
- Develop effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent aligned with Neebal's values and culture.
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and create clear job descriptions and candidate profiles.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that reinforce Neebal's mission and culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Develop programs to recognize employee achievements, encourage feedback, and promote an inclusive workplace environment.
- Manage the employee lifecycle experience, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience throughout.
Performance Management and Learning:
- Implement and manage a robust performance management system, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Identify skill gaps and create training and development programs to promote employee growth and career progression.
- Lead efforts to foster a continuous learning culture, supporting initiatives in training, coaching, and leadership development.
Compensation and Benefits Administration:
- Develop competitive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with industry standards and company budget.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure our compensation practices are attractive, equitable, and compliant with local regulations.
- Manage benefits programs and improve employee awareness and utilization of company-provided resources.
HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and industry standards, updating as necessary.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, offering mediation and conflict resolution when needed.
- Utilize HR metrics to monitor trends in turnover, engagement, and satisfaction, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Champion DEI initiatives, ensuring hiring and management practices align with Neebal's commitment to an inclusive workplace.
- Develop policies and workshops to educate employees and foster a respectful, inclusive environment.
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- 5+ years of HR experience, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Proven track record in employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a high degree of empathy and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management tools.
