Job Description:
What you'll do
- Handle Enterprise & Strategic Commercial Clients across the country.
- Get new signings from accounts apart from managing key relationships across hierarchy.
- Work with internal stakeholders to work out value added solutions for customers.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise :
- Should have skills to connect, maintain relationship at CXO, LoB levels.
- Should be able to do account planning & work for Client Success
- Should have 8+ years Enterprise Sales experience, preferably Technology Solutions as well as Services with good technology understanding
- Willing to work with a young team and create a team to deliver organizational results
- Open to traveling domestic+international
- Willing to stay invested for 10+ years to scale Neebal to 500cr+ in IT consulting & solutions
- Successfully handled Enterprise as well as Strategic Medium Scale Businesses in identified domains.
- Should have dealt with emerging tech like Cloud, IoT, Analytics, Blockchain.
- Shall be self-starter with consistent record of driving and closing deals with achievement of Quota.
- Should have the right capabilities to deliver higher outcomes under dynamic work environment & to overcome various challenges & time constraints in the Market
