Job Description:

Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. Ability to document complex business scenarios and communicate in a simplified easy manner. Part of effectiveness team that supports standardization, improvements, and reengineering of processes across functions.

The primary goal of the project & Delivery manager is to map business processes from scratch, maintain the company standards and perform quality checks during the process. The individual should be able to coordinate with global functional champions/leads across the globe to deliver and document the end-to-end process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plans performs and implements process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).

- Experience in handling end to end Managed services programs, digital transformation programs and App development

- Processes mapping of current (As-Is) process, proposed (To-Be) process, Gap Analysis using various MS Office tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.

- Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.

- Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities. Collects data to identify root cause of problems.

- Measures performance against process requirements. Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.

- Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.

- May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.

- Surveys and analyzes best practices for techniques and processes.

- Communicates team progress. Performs cost and benefit analyses.

- Initiates, develops and recommends business practices and procedures that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity.

- Ensure that his/her System/Product is easily deployable by Projects and supported by a comprehensive and efficient set of standard tools, procedures, training material and documentation (deployment kit)

- Optimize and measure System/Product performances

- Responsible for customer satisfaction & employee satisfaction

- Operationally manage the resources allocated to the program, provide leadership and ensure that the program teams fulfill efficiently its duties, including Projects technical support

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to guide, influence, and convince others in a matrix organization

- Outstanding Technical leader with a proven track record in managing multi-software programs towards successful delivery.

- Be Innovative and demonstrate to peers and implement in creation of Reference Libraries, reusable codes, and model-based developments

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to guide, influence and convince others in a matrix organization.

- Team Player with prior experience in working with USA/Europe customer is not mandatory but preferably

Qualification

- PMP/Prince Certification.

- Positive & Go getter Attitude.

- Good communication & convincing skills.

- Excellent Command in presentation skills.

- IT Services Industry Experience.
