Job Title: Manager/Senior Manager - Finance  Location: Gurgaon  Key Responsibilities:  - Business Finance - Full fledged support to Finance Controller and CFO for all financial decisions relating to business including Revenue, Costs, Marketing, Technology and other strategic initiatives.  - Financial Automation - Assist the finance heads in implementing various system automations initiatives through smart and effective liasoning between the business, finance and technology teams.  - Financial Reporting and Accounting - Involvement in overall Financial accounting, month end reporting and overall support to the team.  - Processes - Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the finance & other departments.  - Marketing Finance - Analyze and review financial viability of various online and offline marketing initiatives taken up by the Company through ROI projections, monitoring and final ROI assessments.  - Financial Research and Analytics - Preparing the data and analysis for various future decision points for the leadership team using internal company knowledge and external industry examples.  - Audit - Helping & resolving the queries of the due diligence teams, internal auditors and statutory auditors.  - Cost Savings - Become an integral member of cost saving initiatives team for offices across India and various projects undertaken by the Company.  - Taxation & Compliance - Assist the Finance heads in overall direct & indirect taxation strategy initiatives ensure compliance.  Key requirements:  - Minimum Qualification - Chartered Accountant   - Minimum 5 to 8 years of financial accounting experience, preferably in retail industry.  - Ability to multi-task under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.  - Efficiency in SAP B1 ERP will be preferred.  - High proficiency with Excel.  - Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions instead of just stating the problems.  - Well-developed quantitative skills and analytical thinking, quick enough to help in decision making.  Individual applying to the role should ideally have the following attributes:  - Positive thinking and ability to sail through dynamic, high risk and fast-changing environment.  - Flexible and proactive/self-motivated/entrepreneurial working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution and effective results.  - Strong belief in growth of online industry and inclination to grow along with the same.  - Ambitious to replace Finance controller in 2 years and CFO in 4 years time.  - Should be results oriented, proactive and to at team management skills.  - Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)  - Strong attention to detail, commitment to accuracy, and focus on results  - Strong work ethic and accountability, work productively and efficiently in a team environment  - Should be fun loving and extrovert with no compromise in quality of work.  Salary Range:  INR 10 to 16 lacs plus variable pay, subject to qualifications and relevant experience  Selection Process:  The selection process is fairly simple.  - The resume of the candidate will be screened and shortlisted by HR.  - The shortlisted candidates will go through a written exam (Finance & Aptitude)  - The selected candidates will go through 2 rounds of discussion, one with Finance Controller and one with CFO.
