Responsibilities:- Lead the platform Merchandising and communication to improve User Conversion Analyze data, business and market trends to recommend new strategies for increased sales. Work with account managers and category Head to create promotional initiatives to improve Business Assist to drive and coordinate the new product development projects Monitor closely on sales performance against budget Prepare reports for management reference and review Requirements: 1. MBA is a must (Good Pedigree) 2. 3-5 Years of Experience 3. At least 3 years in Category planning 4. From Paytm or Book My Show, Ecommerce (Amazon, Flipkart etc)
