About Company:

NDX Finserv is the holding company of NDX P2P Private Limited (Liquiloans). The company is restructuring and we are looking at building 3-4 new businesses which includes fintech as well as non fintech businesses. For this purpose we are looking at hiring strong generalists in the central strategy team which can help setup and scale up new business verticals.

This pool will be directly working with our Head of Strategy as well as both the founders and will have direct access to management. It is a high visibility, high responsibility role with a lot of new and interesting challenges to be solved on a daily basis. Most importantly, you will get to learn how to lead the 0 to 1 journey of any new business from scratch.

Designation - AVP Strategy

Key Responsibilities:

- The company is looking at exploring multiple new lines of businesses and we need someone in this position to do the following:

- Research on market potential and competition.

- Prepare a GTM roadmap to achieve relevant business metrics.

- Setup and scale the business.

- Bring the business in a ready to handover position and handover the business to a business head for running the business further.

- Prepare a market landscape document with constant updation to understand the industry, the competition and the areas of opportunity using all the relevant consulting frameworks.

- Create a project plan with detailing of phases, milestones, tasks, timelines and dependencies, define key metrics and keep tracking the metrics.

Skills & Experience we are looking for:

1. Ability to juggle between multiple tasks, with attention to detail without losing focus and being extremely organized.

2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate issues, stay calm under pressure, ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity.

3. Adapt seamlessly to changing workloads and priorities, adept at working independently with minimal support.

4. Develop high-quality materials and align with various cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring consistent follow-through, Ownership and accountability.

5. Outline strategic choices and develop fact-backed solution themes/ recommendations.

6. Proactive and hands-on, with strong business acumen and drive and determination to succeed.

7. Willing to challenge current methods of work and to then identify, recommend and implement practical improvements.

8. Can decode open ended problem statements by breaking them down into smaller deliverables and milestones basis impact assessment.
