Ncino with Salesforce - Vice President - Business Analysis & Project Management - Implementation - BFS

Hiring Lead Consultant / Manager (Vice President Level) - Business Analyst & Project Management - Prior knowledge of Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) products.

Skills : Mandatory Expertise in Ncino with Salesforce/MS Dynamics and UAT Testing

Should be good at test scripting.

Experience Range: 10+ yrs to 18 years

- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Solid knowledge and understanding of IT processes, systems/application support.

- Banking and Finance Domain Exposure.

- Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systems

- This is a Hybrid Support process hence the efforts would be distributed among Application support, User Provisioning and Testing

- CRM systems experience focused on Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics highly desired.

- Strong customer service focus validated with relevant experience. Actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions.

- Familiarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports.

- Familiarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRA

- Prior knowledge of Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) products.

Shift Timings:

3:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST(6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern)

4:30 PM - 1:30 AM IST (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Eastern)

6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern)

Please Note: Flexibility is expected to work in Rotational Night Shifts and periodically support as On-Call or weekend release activity.
