We have an exciting opportunity for you to create, drive and implement strategies in the areas of learning & development, organization effectiveness and culture.
What will you be primarily engaged in?
This is an individual contributor role and would be working closely with HR Business Partners to executive strategies in areas on learning & development, performance management, diversity & inclusion and leadership development.
- Develop and execute a plan to build a learning organization
- Own the Learning and Development framework - creation, documentation, execution and reporting progress dashboards
- Develop a strategy on driving performance culture and manage the PMS process of the Exchange
- Act as a change agent to drive strategic initiatives through strong partnerships across the organization
- Provide insights to HR leadership, on latest trends, competition analysis and best practices in areas of learning, culture and performance management
- Design and lead Projects / Initiatives to manage internal communications, organizing campaigns to inspire employees and bring our core values to life through creative ideas for employee engagement
- Partner and consult with internal stakeholders such as our HR Business Partners and recruitment teams
- Develop and execute a diversity and inclusion vision, strategy, and project plan
- Create and deliver the end to end people management programs in areas of succession plan, learning and development and performance management
- Monitor, govern and report all policies and processes to evaluate the effectiveness of the programs and understand ROI
- Be a change catalyst to lead HR transformation and drive a culture of learning
- Own the leadership development framework, timely monitoring of the program and ensuring progress by influencing business stakeholders.
- Establish credibility throughout the organization through effective listening and problem solving
Professional Qualification Requirements -
- Two Years Full Time MBA ( HR) / Master in Psychology / Master in Social Science or equivalent experience is required
- 6+ years of professional HR or relevant experience with an emphasis on organizational development, learning and development
- Certification in areas of OB / LMS is an added advantage
Relevant Behavioural Skills Needed
- Demonstrated experience leading cultural change and influencing key stakeholders
- Effective communicator - both verbal and written
- Program management experience leading a large-scale change management initiatives
- Strong analytical, project management, and decision-making skills
- Proven collaboration skills working with key stakeholders
