NCDEX - Research Data Analyst

Job Description :

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

- Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases containing master data, including Filter and clean datasets- creation, updates, and deletion

- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports

- Develop models that help understand and describe Agriculture Commodities with the help of Forecasting and predictive models- to provide insights and a crystal ball that tells us with a degree of certainty what will happen in the future by leveraging from tons of data harnessed till now

- High level of proficiency in R, Python or similar modelling/scripting language

- Strong knowledge of statistics, probability theory, machine learning, operations research, data visualization

- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

- Prior experience working with predictive models in production

- Prior experience in delivering results in a highly autonomous, yet timely manner
