As a group, we have successfully completed a year of operating a charitable & not for profit healthcare trust, under the aegis of Nayati Charitable trust, which has been primarily focused on offering healthcare solutions on a mobile platform – providing emergency aid, cardiac camps & other specialized camps and other services across Uttarakhand, India. This experience has acquainted us with the nuance of the healthcare domain and provided us a platform to demonstrate our ability to execute a project from the drawing board to commissioning and commercial launch.
The company is establishing 500+ bed Multi- Speciality Hospital to be executed in a phased manner in a location which is closer to NCR. In the Phase 1, the hospital is developing 271 bed Multi-Speciality hospital along with state of the art diagnostic facilities including a well equipped imaging and pathology departments
Role and Responsibilities:
S/he will be primarily responsible working closely with Senior Management of the Company. This involves-
- Framing & Implementing the organization policies & processes
- Manpower planning across the various business units.
- Understanding the business/functional issues and driving HR activities like recruitment/selection, staffing and retention
- Devising and implementing the comprehensive Performance Management System.
- Structuring the entire training, Reward & Compensation framework within the organization.
- Employee Engagement, Relations & Welfare Management.
- Streamlining the entire HR Processes.
- Maintain records and compile reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and other related MIS.
Knowledge and Skills Set required
- Human Resources generalist background with experience/ exposure in employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, Hiring and Talent management, training and development and employee communications. - Strong oral and written communications skills in both one-on-one and group settings.
- The capability of thriving in a work environment characterized by growth, speed, commitment and high performance.
- Should have worked in the healthcare sector for some time
- Candidate should be MBA in HR from a reputed business school.
