Nayati Healthcare - Financial Analyst

Role and Responsibilities :

- The role of the financial Analyst will be to work closely with department heads & the senior management team on financial planning & budgeting.

The specific responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:

- Decision support and financial analysis projects:

- Assist in the preparation and coordination of business and strategic financial modeling , including identification of risks.

- Develop ROI models and prepare analysis on various departments during the analysis, negotiation, decision and postmortem review phases

- Develop metrics and measurements for ROI, margin thresholds and profitability, update and maintain templates

- Work closely with departmental senior management, providing analyses of labor, expenses and capital to help drive business activities toward achieving financial goals

- Support business case analysis or work on ad hoc projects as required Corporate Budgeting: Assist in developing assumptions and deliverables

- Define and prepare budget worksheet models

- Prepare detailed staffing, expense and resource budgets for each company department in collaboration with department heads

New Business Evaluation & Due Diligence process :

- Provide support due diligence process as and when scheduled

- Provide support for structuring transactions and conduct valuations using Valuation multiples as needed.

Qualifications and other Requirements :

- Minimum qualifications :MBA with Finance/CFA/CA with in-depth healthcare experience

- Experience: 5-7 years of experience. At least 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare/hospital

- Technical skills: Expert in financial modeling, financial planning and Business Valuation

- Proficient in Excel

- Must be able to listen and interpret the requirements of internal clients, plan accordingly and meet or exceed expectations

- Ability to manage concurrent assignments and meet deadlines; project management skills

- Strong communication skills (written, presentation and verbal)
