As a group, we have successfully completed a year of operating a charitable & not for profit healthcare trust, under the aegis of Nayati Charitable trust, which has been primarily focused on offering healthcare solutions on a mobile platform – providing emergency aid, cardiac camps & other specialised camps and other services across Uttarakhand, India. This experience has acquainted us with the nuance of the healthcare domain and provided us a platform to demonstrate our ability to execute a project from the drawing board to commissioning and commercial launch.
The company is establishing 500+ bed Multi- Speciality Hospital to be executed in a phased manner in a location which is closer to NCR. In the Phase 1, the hospital is developing 271 bed Multi-Speciality hospital along with state of the art diagnostic facilities including a well equipped imaging and pathology departments
Role and Responsibilities: The role of a Business Analyst will be to work closely with the senior management team on strategic business issues. The specific responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
- Preparation of Project Report and Financial Modelling
- Prepare projected business plan and financial models for the company to ascertain revenue potential.
- Assist in preparation of strategic plan/ business plans/operating plans/budgets for the company
- Preparation of project reports including DPR/business case, presentations to investors, shareholders and other stakeholders
- Plan, organize & conduct in depth market survey to assess expansion/opportunity feasibility
- Update the management with the findings of the market assessment & provide detailed insight for informed decision making
Growth: New & Expansion opportunities
- Explore new business opportunities in healthcare adjacencies & provide inputs on business proposals, concept documents and plans.
- Tracking the industry trends nationally and internationally; Monitoring, analyzing and comparing the competitors’ performance and keep the management abridged of the same
- Track emergent/existing healthcare industry issues and apprise senior management about the possible implications on the organization
- Track and assess the application of new growth models/emergent interventions viz. asset light, technology backed platforms for growth
Mergers and Acquisitions
- Support preparation of concept notes and executive summaries
- Provide support for structuring transactions and provide process support.
- Co-ordinating Due Diligence process as and when scheduled
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications :MBA and Deep healthcare experience is a must
- Experience : 4-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare space
- Technical skills: Knowledge of financial modeling and business planning, Business analytics and Good knowledge of Microsoft office,
