Position: Manager - Communications & Marketing.

Reporting to: Managing Director.

Business Division: Traditional (Decorative) + Printed Electronics.

Location: Mumbai, India.

Scope: Naxnova & Group Companies.

- The Marketing Manager is a critical leadership position responsible for handling Marketing Communication and driving the brand building activities of the Group.

Key Expectations:

- Create, develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for our existing product lines and new developments.

- Implementing effective strategies for branding and promotional activities Events Management, Brand Building Exercise, New Product Launch, Promotional Activities, communication with the Advertising Agencies and Media.

- Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance, and improve overall program effectiveness over time.

- Website Developments, content writing, upkeep and monitoring of official website, updating content on the websites, social and digital media, etc.

- E-marketing by creating, designing & structuring various Marketing collaterals such as Presentations, Approach Papers, Monthly Newsletters, Mail Campaign, Web Updates, Reports, Case Studies, Whitepaper.

- Creating Brand Awareness at global level, positioning strategy of the Brand.

- Drive the below the line (BTL) marketing program.

- Designing and creating company's document referrals (Marketing Collaterals).

- Work with product managers / business heads to define and execute go-to-market plans.

- Coordinate with the NPD and product management team to launch new products successfully.

- Develop strategic, operational marketing plans, execution & ensuring deliverables.

- Manage creative for corporate marketing initiatives ensuring the brand strategy translation across all external communication: decks, sales sheets, kits, videos, and trade shows.

- Stewardship for the marketing communication program across customers, distributors / dealers, end-users, influencers, consultants and the contracting community.

- Create and execute a B2B communications strategy that takes into account customer insights, customer segmentation, customer value proposition and sales strategy.

- Market Research:- Gathering market and business information creatively using Market Research sources and Internet tools Social Media Networking Online Marketing Search Engine Optimization and Online Marketing sites, social media and Blogging.

- Market Analysis: Analyzing market conditions and related strategies backed by an analysis.

- Creating periodic reports indicating market health and possible options in future.

- Identify and evaluate new technologies and incremental innovations to existing product lines.

- Know competitors' activities & new product plans & prepare strategy to counter it.

Additionally:

- Should have independently handled the marketing department with experience of marketing communication program across direct consumers, end-users and influencers community.

Technical Skills Set Expectations:

- Good in content writing and verification.

- Good orator who can represent the organization as an ambassador.

- Excellent in verbal and written English (immaculate).

- Sharp, confident, articulate in multiple languages.

- Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Hands on with costing, negotiation, budgeting (finding competitive initiatives.

- Excellent Domain Knowledge and well versed with Functional deliverables of Marketing.

- Functional expert in the B2B Marketing with exposure to marketing communication, product management & pricing.

- Technical Marketing Capability.

- Ability to set up ambitious deliverables, implementation and ensure compliance.

- Demonstrated record of delivery on value adding projects and programs.

- Strong problem-solving skills leading to effective decision making.

Qualification & Experience:

- MBA/ PGDBA in Marketing / Corporate Communication.

- Minimum 8-10 years overall experience in the marketing of B2B product in an established and reputed mid-sized company.

- Should have independently handled the marketing department with experience of marketing communication program across direct consumers, end-users and influencers community.

- Significant record of accomplishment in the area of marketing with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
