Brief Summary

1. Analyzing and generating the reports - Monthly, quarterly, annual (including P&L and BS) based on Ledger Scrutiny and other reports. Variance analysis at each expense line level with actionable recommendations

2. Highlighting/red-flagging issues to enable management to take corrective actions

3. Coordinating internally for quarterly and annual closure of accounts and interacting with Statutory Auditors for smooth closure.

4. Scrutinize & monitor all cost lines affecting the business including factory & product costing

KRA's

1. Develop financial plans and forecasting through budgets and business plan process.

2. Build and manage the finance infrastructure and team to support the growing business.

3. Work closely with the Top Management to deliver ambitious revenue and profit growth targets.

4. Input into business strategy to drive the expansion of the existing business.

5. Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and new business opportunities.

6. Implement financial systems, processes, and controls.

7. Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies.

8. Monitor the funding, maintaining the cash balances, cash forecasts, on need basis -arrange for debt financing and equity financing.

Qualification

- Qualified CA

- 6+ Years of post qualification working experience

- Should have served in the capacity of Finance Controller or Head MIS

- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
