- Overseeing and managing all aspects of Pricing of projects.

- Analysing and preparing Project Pricing master.

- Collaborating with sales and finance team to ensure accurate pricing and profitability.

- Monitoring market trends and adjusting costing strategies accordingly.

- Monitoring Preparing the MIS and sending reports to management.

- Cost monitoring budget v/s actual.

- Comprehensiveness Operational Rate Analysis: Timely rate analysis of items required in the project.

- Coordination with Internal Stakeholders Coordinates with Projects team for data and timelines.

- Prepares review reports as per defined frequency and format within the Region and at HO.

- Process Adherence Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.

Qualifications.

Applicants should be B.COM and MBA/ICWA/CA Graduate with 5-6 years of experience in Real estate industry and Handling Sales MIS shall be preferable.
