Urgently hiring Product Manager - Finance for Technology department

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for Finance Systems, focusing on automating Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and ERP integrations.

2. Drive product development for payment processing automation, ensuring integration with financial systems and ERP modules.

3. Create detailed business requirements documents (BRDs) and manage the entire product development cycle, from ideation to user acceptance testing (UAT) and product release.

4. Collaborate closely with the engineering and design teams to understand technical feasibility, propose optimal solutions, and ensure seamless integrations between financial platforms and internal systems.

5. Develop dashboards and reporting tools in partnership with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to track KPIs for payment processes, financial reporting, and system efficiency.

6. Continuously monitor the performance of automated financial processes and workflows to improve efficiency and minimize manual intervention.

7. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal audit requirements by automating reporting and financial statement generation.

8. Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications, ensuring alignment of priorities for Finance and Technology.

9. Contribute to the development of best practices in Finance Product Management, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvements.

QUALIFICATION & SKILL SETS:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.

2. 8+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on financial systems (AP, AR, payments, ERP integrations).

3. Strong understanding of finance processes, including automation of AP and AR workflows, payment processing, and ERP integrations.

4. Proven experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.

5. Knowledge of payment gateways, banking systems, and compliance in financial transactions.

6. Experience in data analytics, with proficiency in SQL and working with Financial reporting tools.

7. Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders across finance, technology, and operations teams.

8. Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a dynamic environment.

9. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of driving projects to completion with minimal supervision.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

8+ years' experience in Product Management or similar roles within finance systems automation.
