Job Description: Client Delivery Partner (Hands-on Development & Customer Success)

Role Overview:

- As a Client Delivery Partner, you will play a dual role-both as a hands-on technology leader and a customer success champion. You will be responsible for managing development and data teams, overseeing projects, handling change requests and enhancements, and ensuring seamless delivery with no escalations. Your technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, data platforms, UI frameworks like React and TypeScript, and optionally Salesforce, will allow you to guide teams, solve technical roadblocks, and drive customer satisfaction.

- Beyond delivery, you will be responsible for account growth-identifying new opportunities, expanding revenue from existing customers, and positioning NAVA as a trusted long-term technology partner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership (Hands-On Development & Team Management)

- Lead, mentor, and guide development and data teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Actively contribute to coding, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.

- Provide hands-on support in Microsoft technologies (.NET, C#, SQL Server, Azure).

- Guide UI/Front-end development in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

- Collaborate with data engineers to drive data strategy, ETL processes, and analytics solutions.

- Salesforce development experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Project & Delivery Management:

- Own project delivery, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and quality benchmarks are met.

- Manage change requests, enhancements, and production support with structured processes.

- Define best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines for the team.

- Conduct regular code reviews and technical audits to maintain high engineering standards.

- Drive Agile and DevOps best practices for efficient, high-velocity development cycles.

- Ensure smooth production rollouts, deployments, and post-go-live support.

Customer Success & Relationship Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring satisfaction and trust.

- Proactively address concerns, mitigate risks, and handle escalations effectively.

- Understand customer needs, align technical solutions, and ensure business value delivery.

- Conduct regular business reviews and feedback sessions with the customer.

Revenue Growth & Expansion:

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer account.

- Work closely with sales and leadership to propose new services and solutions.

- Drive customer engagement strategies that lead to long-term retention and expansion.

- Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.

Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Azure).

- Expertise in front-end development using React, TypeScript, JavaScript.

- Good understanding of data engineering (ETL, SQL, Data Warehousing, Analytics).

- Experience working with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments (Azure preferred).

- Knowledge of Salesforce development is a plus but not mandatory.

Leadership & Project Management Skills:

- Strong experience in managing development and data teams in Agile environments.

- Proven ability to lead teams, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical direction.

- Excellent project management skills-handling timelines, budgets, and risks.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Customer Success & Business Growth Skills:

- Ability to manage customer expectations and drive account growth.

- Proven track record in upselling and expanding revenue from existing accounts.

- Strong problem-solving skills-ability to resolve conflicts and escalations.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
