To be responsible for:
- Performance Management System, Training and Development, Employees
- Engagement, Onboarding and General HR activities. Coordination and facilitating the updation of Job descriptions and Job evaluation time to time
- Talent Retention and Succession Planning etc.,
- To Prepare & submit relevant MIS reports to the management time to time
- Coaching and developing the subordinates and staff to ensure that they are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities.
- Exposure on the statutory compliances
