NAV Fund Administration Group - Senior Manager - Business Transformation & Strategy

In this role, the individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including executive administrative assistance, executive support, strategic solutions & business transformation management.

Job responsibilities:

- Lead conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and operational business transformation initiatives, ranging from Market, Corporate and Operational Strategy to Process Improvement.

- Project management of various strategic initiatives to improve and optimize operational efficiency, rationalization of complex requirements, timescales, resource challenge and Budgetary constrain.

- Turn complex problems into structured solutions backed by data and work with stakeholders to execute solutions to drive initiatives.

- Ensures program integrity through the implementation and enforcement of strong change management and deviation management processes.

- Working with leadership team to define and execute strategic initiatives with passion, data based decision making, and process excellence.

- Design key performance indicators scorecard to analyze business drivers and enable decision making by ensuring management is looking at right metrics for Business growth and thereby reducing redundancy in reporting.

- Create strategic road map analyzing value chain, identifying milestones and cross functional dependencies to define Business growth for both long- and short-term perspective.

- Collaborated with cross-functional stake holders to ensure alignment among different Business units.

- Manage annual planning and budgeting exercise, built financial planning models and business cases by identifying drivers, assumptions and partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Projects and Marketing

- Provide support to the management team on matters related to Business transformation by understanding emerging trends in Local and Global market

Operating Network: Reporting to SVP- Operations & MD.

- Stakeholder management with business /leadership layer.

Preferred candidate profile:

- 6+ years of experience in Strategic Management role.

- Post Graduate in Management from Tier 1/2 Institutes

- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Should be problem solver & agile learner.

- Good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced/dynamic environment.
