Required Education / Professional Qualifications: MBA/Master's degree (emphasis on Human Resources.
General Management, Organizational Behavior) from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute.
Prior Experience: 5+ years' experience Compensation & Benefits/ Total Rewards in Technology enabled organizations or Consulting industry is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supports the annual compensation review planning process, pay equity implementation and compliance.
- Stay abreast of existing and proposed statutory and legal requirements, and work on appropriate course of action as needed
- Validate final payroll inputs relevant to compensation team data consistency check, corrections and conduct regular audits
- Support special projects with regards to compensation framework and guidelines.
Industry/market pay parity and benefits:
- Benchmarking compensation and incentive programs with our peer group and companies adopting best practices in this space.
- Administer employee health and wellbeing benefit programs, including employee communications.
- Increase program visibility by developing a thoughtful engagement calendar and touch points with employees to reinforce benefit offerings.
- Work with internal teams like Talent and Employee Communications to design, ideate and execute the benefits and wellbeing related employee engagement plan.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance benefits operations.
- Support on benefit renewals related activities and completing contract agreement documentation.
- Utilize analytics and utilization data to inform design and decision making around wellness programs.

- An excellent writer and speaker who is able to adapt their style, and who has an eye for detail and adherence to corporate tone of voice, brand and style
- Power point creation is must and designing skills (like Adobe, InDesign expertise) will add the additional wow factor
- Able to work at pace within a changing environment and adapt priorities as the business evolve.
