A Business Development and Operations management role including managing Channel and Partner management, operations, logistics and distribution. Business development including demand generation, customer management.
Role includes liaising with channel partners, vendors, supply chain etc.
Tracking and measuring performance, process improvement and tracking.
He will be the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all logistics and distribution activities for regions mapped to him.
Other duties and responsibilities include:
- End to end management of Distribution, Transportation, Packaging and Production Partnerships
- Overseeing inventory, distribution of Product
Expectations from you:
- Scout and identify distribution partnerships in various regions of Mumbai
Distributor due diligence
Nurturing distributor relationships
- Identify ideal transportation facility from production around Mumbai to final distributor
Manage relationship with production source and transport vendors for smooth operations
- Overseeing and managing daily operations
- Managing general operations of the company
What you should possess:
- Excellent liaising and negotiating skills with experience in vendor and partner management
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual keen to work in a dynamic environment
- Keen to learn on the job and with a passion for creating value
- MBA Degree with conversation skills in Hindi, Marathi and English
It would be great if you have:
- An MBA in operations
- An experience in similar profiles like distribution and logistics
