- Handle SARFAESI cases

- Title search of documents

- Legal scrutiny reports for Home loans

- Responsible for recruitment, induction of Legal staff in CO and branches.

- Provide periodical training to Legal staff on updated/revised policy/norms and products

- Work closely with various teams like Technical, Credit, Sales and Marketing and Post Disbursement Compliance to constantly improve the quality of asset portfolio

- Liaise with Recovery Legal Officer (SAM Cell members) in connection with Section 138, Guarantor notices, Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, Debt Recovery Tribunal
