Position: National Training Manager-Modern Trade
Location:- Bengaluru

Industry Preference: FMCG
Experience - Should have experience of 15-18 years in NMT operations with FMCG companies. Candidate should have exposure in sales/customer marketing/coaching managers at regional/branch level. This role involves building capability for middle level managers handling NMT business
Maximum allowed age limit 48 years.
Job Responsibility:
1. Capability development & drive the performance culture:
- Training needs Identification in coordination with capability head & focus on MFST structure
- Work with sales management team to design and develop robust learning modules to build team capability.
- Conduct gap analysis at all levels and design specific NMT programs.
- To plan and execute training Calendar.
2.Deliver classroom training programs for MT Managers to develop the knowledge, skills, and behavior.
- Develop the training calendar for KAM's/ RKAM's and execute the same.
- Coach and drive improvements in personal and team performance
- Develop training evaluations for all programs to make sure that conducted programs are evaluated at learning level.
3.Executing Branch level trainings
- Need based training initiatives such as Field work/On the job coaching/ store level.
- Trade specific training (MT) - SOP's/ Automation/ Data / Consumer Trends
- Individual Manager Coaching & Capability Assessment
- Assist the MT Managers in career & succession planning.
4.Additional responsibilities
- Facilitating the On boarding process of New Hire Manager to make them aware of the job functions and acquaint them with the history, culture and values of Himalaya and the policies and procedures.
- Support the buddy program for new joiners in field too.
5. Ensure process compliance:
- Execute sales support activities in collaboration with BM/COE to ensure that identified gaps are addressed.
- Be a catalyst in improving the process standards and adherence of NMT business under MFST.
- Improve the Process implementation in co-ordination with the capability head & sales head.
- Improvement in- store execution and operational efficiency as per the company standards
- Drive Sales Force Excellence at the region / national level by training the field staff on managing the SFE metrics.
