National Training Head - BFSI/ITES - IIM/ISB

Silverpeople, is hiring National Training Head based out of Mumbai for India's leading online house hunting portal, company’s foundation is laid on product, data, and technology. Company has achieved multiple rounds of funding and have great expansion plans. In just one year, the company has grown to 10 cities and 700+ employees. To support the growth plans company is looking to hire a top notch professional.

The candidate needs to be enthusiastic, young, possess entrepreneurial flair and must be having a strong sales and training experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define, design and develop the training strategy for "foot on the road" strong sales force of around 500-1000 young people spread across major cities in India

- Effective management of PAN India training operations

- Development and evolution of a management structure to manage the street force training

- Managing and empowering a training function to constantly improve quality of service

- Meet efficiency and output targets

- Effective Resource planning

- Recruit and develop regional training managers for multiple cities

Characteristics and Qualifications:

- Effective Communicator

- High on ownership

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience

- Enthusiastic to work in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment

- IIT, IIM/ISB, graduates from top end management colleges shall be preferred

(Candidates from banking and e-commerce sector preferred)

- Candidates under 37 years of age preferred. Please do not apply if over 40 years.
