National Trainer
We been retained by one of the largest FMCG organization in India. Currently we are looking for National trainer to be based at Delhi. Please find the detailed key deliverables of the role.
Product Performance in Field - Monitoring, Analysis & Feedback to factory
1. To get information / data on product performance from field through RCSMs / CRM
2. To monitor field complaints / analyze and provide solutions to complaints.
3. DOA Analysis & suggestions to Branch / Factory / Sourcing team.
4. Field Failure Report analysis.
5. Feedback to factory on regular intervals on product performance / Features
6. Feedback to field from factory regarding various analyses of failures.
Trouble shooting, Support to Field
1. Support Branches for resolution of critical complaints.
Technical Support to Sales for System / Site design & validation
1. Provide required technical support to sales for handling enquiries / finalization of orders.
2. Assistance in ascertain customer's requirements at the time of order finalization in terms of proper selection of machine / location etc.
3. Provide training for VL Service Team (New product training, installation, trouble shooting, soft skills development etc.)
Training to Dealers / Franchisee service technicians
1. To impart training to dealer / service franchisee (New product, installation, trouble shooting, soft skill training etc.)
News Bulletin, Product information
1. Provide timely information to Branches on changes in product / part.
2. Periodical communication to field for sharing learning’s from complaints / site visits.
3. Co-ordination with factory / Sourcing for Service manuals, detailed product specifications, features of products, etc. at the time of new product launch.
Service Quality
1. Develop & Implement - Skill Matrix for Technicians
2. Develop & Implement Technician welcome kit & its administration.
3. Maintain Dealer wise Technician Database & monitor attritions and recruitment.
4. Administer Technician reward schemes based on their performance.
5. Develop suitable retention plan jointly with BSM & Channel.
Parts - Local Development
1. Localization of imported / phased out parts for service
2. Establish PCB / Motor Repair CTR & Impart Training
Technical Audit of Service Points & Key installations
1. Conduct technical audit of Channel (monitoring & resolution of customer complaints), Channel Infrastructure, Tool Kit, record keeping of complaints, warranty services.
2. Periodic Installation Audits Based on findings, provide suggestions on improvement areas to dealers
