Designation National Trade Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai
Desired candidate profile
Qualifications MBA with 10 plus years of sales & distribution experience, enhancing field force productivity through SFA tools & developing GTM plans. Marketing knowledge will be an added advantage.

Role Deliverables
Key Deliverables Developing & Implementing
- To develop and execute Trade Marketing Strategy for brands nationally
- Conceptualizing and formulating trade marketing calendar as per business strategy
- Drive width and depth for existing, new and focus Products in trade.
- Manage Vendor Relationships: Develop and manage external suppliers, Vendor and partners to create impactful store solutions for brands.
- Designing Trade Promotion Programs for Retailers
- Driving share of shelf for brands across different channels
- Building Retailer Relationship through effective trade programs
- Design and Execution of Wholesale channel programs
Monitoring
- Collect and disseminate Best Practice for profitable Trade Marketing activities
- Ensuring timely & successful execution of POS & merchandising material through sales teams
- Competition Tracking and Monitoring to gather market insights & develop effective trade programs in line with market requirements
- Responsible for developing /improving Visibility tools & developing counter-competitive strategies in co-ordinance with Marketing & Sales Team for smooth execution in market place
- Implement& drive SFA tool PAN India

- Keeping trade spends within approved budgets
- Analyze and keep track of the Return on Trade Investments

- Market visibility in line with the merchandising principles
