National Trade Marketing Manager - PAN India
Job Location : Mumbai
Experience : 10 to 18 Years
Reporting to : CEO
Role : Managing the Trade Marketing activities for all formats - PAN India
Job Responsibilities :
Planning & execution of Trade marketing promotions/programs for entire brand portfolio across channels/region :
- Build calendar for each activity on the basis of building blocks.
- Execute as per plan by proper communication down the line to Regional Trade Marketing teams and Sales team (GMs/RSMs)
- Tracking and monitoring of the same through proper tracking mechanism
- Planning and execution of occasion/festival/event based promos/programs
- Planning and execution of loyalty programs for Trade partners and aligning them to business goals.
- Develop CCP programs in coordination with brand team and execute the same though the regional Trade marketing and sales team.
New business development - expansion/activation :
- Planning execution of Portfolio Model stores
- Assist GMs in execution of new outlet/town opening plan
Visibility :
- Plan/implement merchandising/visibility progress
- POSM sourcing & execution
- Vendor management
Cost and process compliance :
- Budgeting for TM spends across all brands/channels/regions
- Process/Policies/Protocol to comply with SOM specified requirements on Trade Marketing
- Prepare cogent data analysis of effectiveness of money spent
Training and Development of Front Line :
- SE/SR/Merchandiser/3P manpower - Training/Motivation/coaching
- Tracking effectiveness and take corrective actions
People development :
- Motivation/ Coaching/ Training of each team member to align the TM team towards the business objectives
- Set clear objectives with each team member which are consistent to organizational goal
- Review progress results, objectives and take corrective actions
- Set training objectives for the team to ensure development
