National Trade Marketing Manager - FMCG

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the development and execution of national trade marketing calendar along brand marketing teams, Regional Sales Managers and Distributor teams. Includes commercial and executional planning.

- Lead the annual, quarterly and monthly cycle planning for. Coordinate with the RSMs for the regional inputs as well as delivery of the various sales programs, mostly in General Trade (selected interface with Modern Trade & On-premise teams as well)

- Custodian of the monthly communication letter across the sales teams to ensure timely communication of brand plans down to the sales reps.

- Lead the operational sales meetings with distributor team, and follow up with multiple stakeholders for timely communication and execution of the programs.

- Manage the overall trade (schemes, visibility, incentives etc) spends budgets. Accord approvals, manage spends for ROI delivery, internal communication, and with follow up on timely claims from distributor/ key customers. Work internally with finance team to keep provisions and overall pay-outs on track.

- Lead the Sales MIS intelligence for Britvic India. Compile data across sources and publish sales reports and scorecards to enable the Britvic India to undertake business analysis

- Develop local (regional and distributor performance) scorecards for Britvic India to remain on top of all aspects of sales numbers and performance, by region and by channel.

- Develop tools and techniques related to Britvic brands for the distributor sales team to make the right sales call at the right stores with the outlet segment level inputs.

- Improve the current incentive programs for the sales reps to get more stores and more per store.

- Assist the wider International business unit in launching local sales operations communications, as well as providing in-market feedback to the business unit
