Job Description :
- As a part of the leadership team, grow the offline business through 3 major channels and spearhead the sales development projects
2. Effective execution and tracking of the RTM agenda across the country through appropriate resource allocation and the relevant KPIs respectively
3. To design and validate the distribution architecture (network density and width) by identifying appropriate channel and geographies to accelerate business growth
4. Design Trade Marketing Strategy to attain business objective across existing and new products, channels and geographies
5. Formulate Trade Input Calendar and plan for New Product Launch Plan (NPLP)/Loyalty programs/promotions and schemes (BTL Planning) and ensure it is driven down to the sales team
6. Track and monitor performance of various sales channels and prepare channel-wise growth strategy
7. Act as the key liasion between sales and brand teams to ensure trade marketing initiatives are in agreement with all key stakeholders
8. Drive in-store demand and visibility by creating effective trade marketing campaigns
9. Liase with various marketing agencies to ensure last-mile execution of marketing campaigns
10. Define key roles and responsibilities of various members of the sales organization in conjunction with the sales leadership and plan for effective deployment of field force to help achieve the RTM goals
11. Lead the sales capability, sales automation and sales productivity agenda
12. Assist Sales Head in Target setting and Forecasting for different channels in addition to Coverage/Territory Planning
13. Instrumental in designing and executing RnR programs for Channel partners and the Sales force
14. Identify trends in business, and highlight areas of concern through detailed analysis of retail audit reports
15. Measure the effectiveness of all investments to drive ROI of spend and Business growth
- A minimum of 4 years of work experience in FMCG industry
- Experience in Trade Marketing, RTM strategy is a must
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and good at stakeholder management
- Willingness to travel and work with TT & MT teams across India
- Should be able to work in all budget scenarios
- Should have high operational acumen
