Designation - National Sourcing Manager

About the role


This role calls for an individual who can own all aspects of the national sourcing strategy and implementation. The person should have high drive to meet targets and should be able to manage cross functional team effectively. Candidate will be working closely with Director Operations and Sourcing and the Business Teams towards creating a highly effective sourcing strategy which can deliver targets for a high growth company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for designing and strategizing pan-India sourcing strategy

- Work closely with business teams to drive margin expansion for the Business

- Drive fulfilment of all business opportunities in coordination with the Sales and Business teams

- Lead strategic initiatives to drive new capabilities

- Improve internal fulfillment related SLA like booking confirmation time, partner activation time, stabilization time etc.

- Improve Partner NPS and Partner Experience

- Optimize the Cost per Acquisition for new driver partners

- Improve and optimize supply acquisition channels

- Improve % opportunity conversion of all new demand generated

- Coordinate and work closely with various function to ensure change management of new systems and processes

KPIs:

- Revenue for the organization

- Gross Margins for the organization

- Confirmation Ratios - Bookings confirmed/Booking created

- Customer NPS for the organization

- Partner NPS for the organization

- Supply Cost per acquisition

- New Opportunity conversion %

Requisites / Prerequisites:

- Graduates from Tier 1/2 Engineering colleges and Post Graduate from Tier 1/2 Management colleges with exceptional academic performance.

- Experience of working in central strategic roles along with project execution know-how

- Strong leadership qualities to lead the champions from various departments

- Ability to manage conflicts and good negotiation skills

- Multi-tasking capabilities and inter departmental coordination

- Product first mindset and relevant experience

- Having a consulting experience is a big plus

- Experience in channel management in B2C space will be very useful

- KPIs Handled: Project Management, Process or Change management, Structural improvement in Org KPIs

Preferred Industries: Big 4 consulting firms, FMCG, Hospitality, Mobility, Manufacturing, Retail, Ecommerce
