National Service Manager - Digital lending
JOB DESCRIPTION
Location - Mumbai
Experience - 5-8 years
Must have - Experience in digital lending , familiar with STP process
Roles and Responsibilities :- Manage central operations for life cycle repayment & servicing management of the loans.
- Design, deploy and monitor processes, infrastructure management.
- Exceed service standards in area of fulfilment and benchmark to set standards in area of service delivery.
- Monitoring TAT and quality through checks and balances. Drive regulations around the digital business within Operations vertical from regulatory perspective.
- Drive the needed IT and Non-IT developments around the Digital Business.
- Monitoring adherence to regulatory framework. Internal & External audit management.
- Present monthly deck risk on key performance and risk indicators to management.
