- Leads and directs the National Field Service and Support organization comprised of front-line managers and individual contributors in delivering front line customer service at all diagnostics customer facilities through India and associated Territories.

- Ensures that the implementation and integration of Diagnostic Systems as well as on site customer technical training and support is performed to an exceptional standard for all Sales closes throughout India and associated Territories.

- Leads and directs the Service organization using effective, customer centered metrics to achieve desired level of customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty, directly increase service revenue growth and support all sales- efforts.

- Develop the strategy and direct resources necessary to deliver superior on-site engineering and technical support to all Indian customers

Skills Required :

- At a minimum, a Bachelors degree Biomedical / Electronic Engineering

- Technical product expertise across a wide variety of diagnostics products and delivery platforms.

- Knowledge and direct experience in managing operations directly impacted by Quality Systems.
