- Responsible for overall operational issues on day-to-day as well as long-term deliverables with regard to servicing of kitchen appliances
- Manage a Service Team to achieve Key objectives set by the business.
- Coordination with Team and able to build competitive level between team to achieve SLA
- Communication, presentation skills with Good knowledge on Excel to make Multiple MIS reports
- CRM monitoring and controlling ageing calls for achieving SLA
- Ability to give technical/soft skill trainings for Service team to make service delight
- Warranty Consumption and inventory control by regular Data monitoring.
- MSL Planning and coordination with HO to get it deliver on time to respective locations
- Customer & Dealer satisfaction through good/on time service delivery
- Ability to generate service revenue.
- Willing to travel to market on regular basis
- Able to execute& Control Company polices in market.
