The Person :
- 13+ years experience in enterprise service delivery from telecom preferred.
- Own the budget for service team.
- Managing multiple time zones & international work cultures.
Role :
- To provide leadership, motivation and direction to enterprise service managers in order to deliver the best in class customer experience thereby increasing customer delight.
- To act as the point of escalation in India for all service related issued and review progress as part of the governance framework.
- To manage the subscriber and revenue churn for enterprise accounts.
- To guide service strategies and propositions to accounts.
